Anjuman Waseeul Taleem Educational Trust Raigad is one of the most prominent, well reputed institutions of the Konkan region, dedicated to the cause of educational upliftment of the society. The trust is established in village Mazgaon, Taluka Murud, District Raigad to cater the need of Technical education in the village and around the area, and to protect the present generation from influence.

With these profound aims, the trust took audacious steps to start a technical institute- The Mehrunnissa Abbas Fakih Industrial Training Institute at Mazgaon from 2006. To enable this resources less underprivileged youth to earn their means of livelihood with dignity an array of the underneath 5 useful trades. This institute is powered by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Gov. of India for craftsman training Scheme.

ITI is registered by government under NCVT and affiliated by DGET, our Affiliation no. DGET-12/01/2007-TC, and recognised by Gov. of Maharashtra.

To cater to the need of technical education in the village and the surrounding areas, the Trust decided to start a technical institute in the name of Mehrunnissa Abbas Fakih Industrial Training Institute in the village of Mazgaon. The foundation stone of this institute was laid by Honourable Mr. P A Inamdar under the chairmanship of Mr. Habib Fakih (Vice President Maulana Azad Education Foundation, New Delhi) on 18th April 2005
